Housing Repair, Rehabilitation, and Home Replacement (For Homeowners)

Online applications for the Home Rehabilitation/Replacement and Emergency Home Repair Programs will be accepted beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, and will remain open until sufficient applications have been received to expend available funding. Applications will be reviewed based on program guidelines, and eligible projects may begin thereafter.

Workshop Requirement (Home Rehabilitation/Replacement Only):
To be eligible for Home Rehabilitation/Replacement services, applicants must attend at least one Housing Rehabilitation Workshop in the weeks leading up to the opening of the application cycle.

Register for Upcoming Housing Rehabilitation Workshops
Participation in Leon County’s low-income Home Rehabilitation/Replacement program requires eligible applicants to attend one recent Housing Rehabilitation Workshop prior to submitting an application for the current program year. Workshops provide program information, home maintenance tips, and disaster-preparedness steps for mobile homeowners.

All 2025 workshops will be held in person at 615 E. Paul Russell Road on the following dates:
• Wednesday, November 5, 6–8 p.m.
• Saturday, November 8, 9–11 a.m.
• Wednesday, November 19, 6–8 p.m.
